Robotics & Engineering
Design, build and program your own robot — from sensors to motion, learning engineering through hands-on challenges.
Register interest in this course →Who is this course for?
Students in grades 6–9 who love building things, are curious about how machines work, or simply want to make a robot that moves. No prior coding experience needed — we start from zero.
What will your child learn?
- Robot fundamentals: sensors, motors, controllers
- Programming logic through block-based coding, progressing to real code
- Engineering skills: reading diagrams, assembling simple circuits, debugging
- Teamwork and presenting their own creations
The 12-session journey
- Sessions 1–3: Meet the robot — sensors and motors; the first robot drives by session 2
- Sessions 4–7: Programming behaviors: obstacle avoidance, line following, reacting to light
- Sessions 8–10: Team project: design a robot that solves a real-world problem
- Sessions 11–12: Final polish and Robot Demo Day — parents are invited!
What does your child take home?
A complete robot project they designed themselves, a video of the build process, and most importantly: the confidence that “I can build things.”
